An enchanting property in perfect harmony with the environment and the natural beauty of the environment. God Bacchus villa, ground floor and first floor, 170 m2, consisting of living room and 4 bedrooms including a bathroom on the ground floor and first floor. Only a few steps down through a thicket of plane trees you reach the lonely beach of Kissakas. The villas are located on the coast of Arcadia, in the south-east of Peloponnese, between Tyros (5 km) and Leonidio (12 km). The facility is about 2.5 hours from the "El. Venizelos International Airport of Athens (210 km) and about 2 hours from Kalamata International Airport (149 km). Our philosophy is to provide a higher standard of living. Therefore, your stay here will offer you a peaceful and relaxing experience that will charm you. A quiet and dreamy environment in harmony with the infinite blue of the sky and the sea and the lapping of the sea with views of the islands of Spetses and Spetsopoula. The picture is complemented by the pristine landscape with a magical sunrise and a romantic full moon. The villas offer all the comforts expected of a private holiday home. They create the ideal conditions to escape everyday life and to rejuvenate

Excursion possibilities: Sightseeing:
Specially recommended are:
·         Monemvassia: Byzantine city, about 2 hours drive (Leonidio monastery Elona-Kosmas or Leonidio-Poulithra-Peleta).Only an additional half hour drive from Monemvassia,on the island of Elafonissos  (5min with ferry boat from the coast,excellent lobster with pasta) you can swim at the beach of Simos (one of the top 5 in Greece).If you decide for such a tour,please visit Monemvassia after 18.00 ,on the way back from Elafonissos because it is very hot during the day.
·         Nafplion: the old town.
·         Epidaurus: the ancient theater with performances every Friday to Sunday
·         Mykäne: the ruins of the Kingdom of Agamemnon
·         Tour of Parnonas: turn left in Agios Andreas, the road leads to the picturesque villages Kastanitsa, Sitaina and Agios Petros. Visit the waterfall of Louloungas (in Sitaina, the path starts from the square of the village) and the canyon Mazia (before Kastanitsa on the main road). Excellent trekking opportunities in 1000m altitude between pine, chestnut and walnut trees.
·         Shipping to Hydra Spetses: during the summer months there is on Wednesdays a day trip to the historic islands Hydra and Spetses. Departure 09.00 from the port of Tyros, return at 19.00, information and tickets are available at the Hotel Apollo on the coast of Tyros. (Cost 30 E/p.p.)
·         Mystras: Byzantine town 5 km from Sparta
·         Dyros Areopolis: a fascinating stalactite cave with an underground lake, you will be taken by boat. A miracle of nature.In the village Limeni (very close to Areopolis) you can visit the fish tavern Takis,for many people the best fish tavern in Greece.
Taverns:
·         Giorgos Konaci: traditional Greek tavern with excellent grilled food and very reasonable prices in Sapounakaika.(You must drive on the main street of Tyros  towards Athens and directly after the statement of speed control turn left to the mountain . After approx. 200 m turn left and after approx. 500 m you arrive at the square of the village, right in front of the tavern).
·         Akrogali: On the coast of Tyros, serving fresh fish.
·         Myrtoon: In Poulithra, an all-day beach bar and nice restaurant in the evening
Shopping:
·         Bakery: on the main street of Tyros on the left, towards Athens opposite AVIN petrol station.
·         Butcher: on the main road of Tyros on the right, towards Athens in  the small street just around the corner of petrol station SHELL (excellent olive oil and vinegar, homemade spicy Feta cheese salad "Tyrokafteri",excellent chicken sausages with ginger and curry)
·         Supermarket: many SM on the coastal road of Tyros, the largest is however,in Leonidio on your left as you are entering the town.
·         Fruits and vegetables: By far the best shop is in Leonidio. You must drive on the main road of Leonidio and it is located c.a. 200 m after the large SM on the left, (small parking in front of the shop for  3-4 cars.)

    „Sehr schöne Ferien gehabt, herzlicher Empfang, wir würden wieder kommen! Positiv: Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super! Einkaufen von lokalen Produkten in wenigen Fahrminuten möglich. Negativ: Ein paar Decken mehr wären gut.“

    „Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig über einem tollen Strand, und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht.
    Voraussetzung für einen entspannten Urlaub ist allerdings, dass man es gerne ruhig mag.
    Für Partygänger, oder Menschen, die im Urlaub gerne feudal essen oder shoppen gehen wollen, dürfte die Gegend nicht das richtige sein.
    Zum runterkommen und die Ruhe genießen ist das Haus perfekt, und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man meiner Meinung nach braucht.
    Ohne Mietwagen geht allerdings nichts. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, ist aber auch der Grund für die Ruhe.
    Für uns eine 100% Empfehlung. Positiv: Ausstattung, Lage, Vermieter, Haushund“
