Cosy holiday home with private garden

This beautiful cottage is located on holiday park 't Geestmerambacht near the Schoorl dune area on the North Holland coast.

The bungalow has a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen. The furniture is modern and cosy.
Guests have free internet access (200 Mbit/40 Mbit) and two flat-screen smart TVs with 80+ channels, including the main German channels (see ziggogo.tv). Various games and books are available.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, as well as a filter coffee machine and a Senseo machine for coffee pods. A dishwasher, kettle and toaster complete the facilities.
The three bedrooms have a bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, a bunk bed measuring twice 90 cm x 200 cm, a bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm and a sofa bed measuring 80 cm x 190 cm.
For reasons of hygiene, we ask our guests to bring their own towels, bed linen (see above for bed dimensions) and kitchen towels. These can also be borrowed from reception for a fee.
There are sufficient duvets (135 x 200 cm) available.
Baby cots and highchairs can be borrowed from reception. Booking is recommended.
Coins for the washing machines are also available at reception.
There is a free car park on the grounds 10 metres from the house.

The garden, which is not visible from the outside, is fenced all around so that children or dogs can roam freely.

On the terrace, a dining lounge and a patio table with chairs invite you to relax and enjoy a cosy outdoor meal.

There are two sun loungers and two parasols. The large parasol can be moved on castors to provide shade wherever it is needed.
A charcoal barbecue is also part of the equipment.

In the months of June to August, the minimum stay is 7 nights, check-in is on Saturdays from 3 pm and check-out is on Saturdays until 10 am.
Please note that the additional costs (tourist tax, cleaning and, if applicable, pets) are indicated as payable "on site". For organisational reasons, we ask you to transfer these to us before your arrival. Please pay attention to the corresponding information in the travel documents, which will be sent to you after booking and full payment around 10-20 days before arrival.

The holiday park has bicycles for hire. There is a playground, a mini-golf course, a tennis court and a beach volleyball court in the grounds. In the centre of the grounds you will find a rustic restaurant with a large outdoor area. (The restaurant is closed in winter.) From the holiday park it is not far to the North Sea resorts of Camperduin, Hargen aan Zee, Bergen aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee. In the neighbouring towns of Schoorl, Warmenhuizen or Schagen you will find shopping facilities and numerous restaurants to suit all tastes. The Saturday market in Schoorl is highly recommended. In addition to the beach, the Schoorlse Duinen and De Holle Bolle Boom amusement park are certainly exciting excursion destinations for children. The beautiful town of Alkmaar is also worth a visit. The picturesque towns of Medemblick, Enkhuizen and Hoorn on the Ijsselmeer await your visit. Even Amsterdam is only three quarters of an hour away by car.

    “Schönes kleines Häuschen, perfekt zu zweit mit Hund. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind selbst mitzubringen, aber das wussten wir vorher (können gegen Gebühr auch an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden). Der Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen war sehr nett und herzlich!”

    Weder unsere Reinigungskraft noch die Ihnen nachfolgenden Gäste konnten die Anwesenheit von 'Ungeziefer' im Haus bestätigen. Schade, dass Sie uns nicht während Ihres Aufenthalts informiert haben, sodass sich Jemand ein Bild davon hätte machen können. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ihre Gastgeber”
