Modern villas in a picturesque landscape and very close to beaches

The villas are in Mouzaki in the midst of a picturesque landscape, with a view of green fields and the central mountain chain of the Vrachonias. The surroundings are quiet, away from main roads, but near local amenities.

The villas were built in 2009 by a team of people who wanted to create a mixture of traditional and modern design. Their aim was to provide a high level of exclusivity and service at an affordable price. We attach great importance to personal service, to ensure that your stay is pleasant and relaxing.

The exterior of the villas is built with local natural stone and in a style whereby the new blends with the natural beauty of the surroundings. You are welcomed by a contemporary look as soon as you step through the door.

The spacious interior rooms are a mixture of ultra-modern and traditional, offering guests the comfort and security of a modern building, but at the same time true cosiness. Each villa has two bedrooms, an open kitchen and living room. There is also a big shower room with a WC and each villa has an iron and ironing board. All the rooms have separate air conditioning, for cooling or heating. The villas have a fireplace for cold winter nights, as well as a mobile phone and a Greek number (pay-as-you-go), so you can stay in touch with people at home without paying excessive roaming tariffs.

Welcome drinks are provided and on arrival you can find mineral water, tea and coffee in the kitchen. General cleaning is twice a week, as well as changes of bed linen and towels (unless agreed otherwise).

The big, private terrace is an idyllic spot to enjoy the sunset. There is plenty of space to enjoy a romantic dinner.

A taxi stand and a bus stop are just a short walk away. Nearby there are also a supermarket, car rentals, restaurants and a quieter bar, as well as some hotels who welcome guests to their bars and pools. The accommodation is very close to the beaches in the south of the island. There are kilometre-long beaches with safe waters, warm and clear, like in the Caribbean. There is wild nightlife in the nearby centre of Lagana, and the impressive capital is only a five-minute drive away. The airport is nearby, but the accommodation is far away from the airport.

Villa with two bedrooms and an interior of a very high standard

This villa provides three rooms and can accommodate a maximum of six people. It has two bedrooms and an open kitchen and living room. There is also a big WC with a shower. The first bedroom has a double bed and a big built-in cupboard. The French double windows with blinds and fly screens provide security. The other bedroom has two single beds and a smaller cupboard, as well as the same safety standards for the windows. There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC. A hairdryer is available. There is plenty of hot water at all times. The big and open kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, modern oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The living room is very spacious. There is an LCD TV with an integrated DVD and MP3 player, with satellite reception of over 300 channels. The double sofa bed in the living room provides ample space for two additional adults or children to sleep on. The living room also has double windows with blinds and fly screens.

The villa has a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a view of the setting sun.
