Cosy holiday home with terrace

'Markermeerlogies by the lake'. Lots of privacy and own entrance 'Markermeerlogies am See' in Bovenkarspel, in the Netherlands, has been completely renovated in 2015. The house is historic and very exclusive, just like the traditional buildings in the 'Zuiderzeemuseum' in Enkhuizen, and the 'Zaanse Schans', and the wooden construction in the various rooms creates a cosy atmosphere. The old wooden beams, which date back to 1500, are visible throughout the house. Nevertheless, it is a comfortable, modern, luxurious holiday home, with a warm design, for 4 people and enough space for your privacy, the flat is very pleasant, spacious and contemporary, with underfloor heating and all the comforts for a wonderful holiday all year round. If desired, a third room is available for rent. you rent the lower floor of the house (130m2). The upper floor (110m2) is not inhabited. You alone, can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.internet and wifi are installed and free.the private car park offers space for 2 cars.the garden with terrace, borders the ditch where you can fish. There is also enough space for reading, playing games or sunbathing with a cool drink. In the garden (200m2) is a historic water cellar, dating from 1750, and the immediate area is ideal for cycling, walking and water sports, just a few metres away is the Markermeer. There are several smaller beaches in the neighbourhood. Everywhere the beach slopes gently into the water and is therefore also suitable for smaller children. In the Holiday-Park next door the small children can have fun and for the older ones there is an outdoor swimming pool in the Markermeer and everyone can enjoy the terrace by the sea. where better to spend your holiday than in "Markerkmeerlogies am See" just for you and your family, friends.
