Holiday villa with pool in Loutraki

The holiday house is in quiet surroundings at the entrance to the locality. It is a detached house that is part of a complex of four houses. The holiday house is authorised by the Greek Tourism Organisation. Holiday house with three bedrooms and a separate studio in the basement, with a balcony and terraces, and a pool for shared use, ideal for two families

The holiday house is surrounded by balconies and terraces, as well as garden areas, and is therefore ideal for relaxing. The big pool is for the use of all the residents on the complex. There is a grill near the pool for shared use. You can also use a private grill on the terrace. You can park your car in the garage and there are other parking spaces nearby.

The three floors of the holiday house with modern furnishing can accommodate up to ten people comfortably. The living room has a leather corner sofa and upholstered chairs, a big coffee table, a wooden dining table with chairs and an LCD TV with many satellite channels and a DVD player. The open kitchen with a breakfast table is fully-equipped and you can cook your favourite dishes there. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, two of which have a double bed, while the third has two single beds. You will feel at home straight away in the three individually decorated bedrooms: the wallpaper features motifs from Greek mythology and the beds have cotton bed linen and day throws. The bedrooms also have side cupboards and dressers with a mirror. Both floors have a bathroom with modern fittings, a hairdryer and handmade soaps. One bathroom has a whirlpool bath, which is ideal for relaxing. The other bathroom has a shower. There is a separate studio in the basement, which is suitable for a family of four. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a kitchen table, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bed, a side cupboard and two day beds, which can be used as single beds or as a sofa. The double beds measure 160 x 200cm, two of the single beds measure 100 x 200cm and two other single beds measure 90 x 200cm.

The holiday house is about 700 metres from the beach at Loutraki. The crystal clear water has regularly been awarded the Blue Flag since 1987. You can relax here, enjoy a cool drink, plunge into the waves, sunbathe or windsurf, go jetskiing or sailing. The famous casino is only 500 metres from the holiday house. You can find a supermarket 100 metres away. The town centre is about 1.5km away. There are many restaurants and leisure facilities in Loutraki. Loutraki is suitable as a holiday destination all year round. You can swim or enjoy water sports, pr mountain sports such as hiking. It is just a short distance to monuments and places of interest, such as the Corinthian Canal or the ancient Corinth. Most of the archaeological sites in Greece are easy to get to. Loutraki is characterised by a cosmopolitan atmosphere, friendly locals and a very good tourist infrastructure. Loutraki is also known as a spa resort. The town is about 80km from Athens. There is a train station about 7km from the house. There is also a motorway that takes you from Athens airport to Loutraki in less than an hour by car.

You can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge. The whole house has air conditioning units. The administrator also lives on the residential complex.

Beautiful complex, we liked the comfort of the unit (definetely first class), the pool, the activities, the quiet around the area and the strategic location. It's a great place to stay, close to the town and the beach, for various activities. Mariza, the manager, was warm, friendly, professional and attentive to whatever we needed. I reccomend this place to anyone who desires a clean, safe, good location and well taken care residence. Don't plan to rent anywhere else because you simply get the best. We would stay there longer without a doubt.“
