holiday home "De Blenck" with private garden and terrace

Cosy holiday home on a holiday park, with sunny terrace and spacious garden just a few minutes' walk from the beach, sea and dunes.

The cottage has a hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom and three bedrooms. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a wide range of pans and cutlery, as well as a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. In the living room there is a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, a sideboard and there is a TV with digital reception, DVD player and a HIFI set are also present. The master bedroom has two beds and a wardrobe for your clothes. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk.

From the living room you access the sunny private terrace with garden furniture. If you are looking for shade, you can leave the awning down. There is also a storeroom with a wagon and enough space for your bicycles. The house has a spacious private garden and its own parking space.

A log-in code provides free wireless internet access.

The area around Callantsoog is ideal for fun excursions. The tip of North Holland has the most hours of sunshine in Holland. The Callantsoog beach is only separated by 1 dune from the village centre with its cosy pubs, terraces and restaurants. Close to Callantsoog are old towns such as Schagen with its West Frisian market, Alkmaar with its famous cheese market and Den Helder with many interesting museums. A nice trip to Texel is also possible. Furthermore, Callantsoog is located directly behind the dunes in the 'Zwanewater' nature reserve. Here there are many protected plant species and also special birds. Definitely worth a visit. Experience Callantsoog and enjoy a nice beach holiday.     “Sehr unfreundliche Vermieter, bei Problemen patzig und unverschämt.

    Pro:
    Die Umgebung war schön.

    Contra:
    Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum nächsten Geschäft war deutlich weiter als beworben
    Eine Wand des Hauses war extrem nass und dreckig sodass es faulig und verschimmelt roch.”

    “Positiv: Der große Garten, in dem die Kinder spielen und man ungestört sitzen kann.
    Der Bollerwagen ist einwandfrei. Der Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank und Mikro/Grill sind neu und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Bad wurde ebenfalls neu renoviert und ist gut.
    Der Spielplatzbereich der Anlage ist schön.
    Es ist besonders aufgefallen, dass die Anlage sehr gut gepflegt wird. Negativ: Der Garten des Hauses bzw. Der gesamte Außenbereich sind weniger gepflegt. Das Gras war deutlich zu lang, die Sträucher drumherum nicht gepflegt. Das Haus ist beim ersten Hinsehen in einem guten Zustand. Bei näherem Hinschauen bzw. längerem Aufenthalt fällt auf, dass in den Wänden die Bohrlöcher und teilweise Nägel des Vorbesitzers noch sind und dass die Renovierungen nicht vollständig sind.
    Leider musste ich bei meinem knapp 14tägigem Aufenthalt feststellen, dass in allen drei Schlafräumen ein modriger/feuchter Geruch wahrnehmbar ist. In dem Schlafraum neben dem Wohnzimmer sind die an der Außenmauer befindlichen Backsteine teilweise weißlich verfärbt.”

    “Das Ferienhaus war empfehlenswert. Es war gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Betten waren relativ schmal. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt im Wesentlichen. Etwas zu teuer.”
